Fundus Theater

Since 1980, the FUNDUS THEATER has been transporting its audience into a paradise of signs, where image and language, gesture and material, dance figures and sounds coexist equally. In 2003, from this tradition, research theater emerged as a scenic laboratory dedicated entirely to the exploration of the intersection between childhood, art, and science. The formats and methods of performance art allow participants to engage with their own unique perspectives. Thus, the theater becomes a forum for collective research, where we can experiment with new forms of knowledge and public engagement—addressing issues of coexistence from kindergarten to graduate programs, and transcending the boundaries between generations, cultures, and disciplines.
