Creative Gaming Studio: Respawn Room

Stop by and get started! In the Creative Gaming Studio, you can try out digital and analog games at our open, hands-on stations. You can also let your creativity run wild with our artistic and craft activities. No prior experience is necessary, and all activities are open to visitors of all ages. You can join in at any time.

The Respawn Room is a retreat that we’ve created at PLAY where you can relax amid the hustle and bustle of the festival. We’ve transformed a workshop into an oasis where you can sit back and enjoy the best soundtracks from decades of video game history. You can also create your own playlist and share it with other visitors.

Please note: Mornings from Wednesday to Friday are reserved for school classes and groups. You can expect to see them more often at the festival during these times. However, the festival is still open to everyone on these days. Schools and groups must register in advance by email or book a festival visit using the booking tool.
