PLAY26 Open Call

PLAY is all about the creative use of digital games and combines this culture with media art, discourse and education.

This year, the theme «Hey, listen! – Music & Emotion» relates to mixtape culture of sharing bonds and feelings with the people you like and love.
In addition, the Creative Gaming Awards showcase works that allow players to interact with them in creative ways.

Submit your talk, workshop, propose your game or your playful media work (including alt.ctrl, interactive theatre and performances) for the awards, the core exhibition «Hey, listen!» or «Focus Hamburg» (if you are local).

All games shown in the festival exhibition are eligible for the Audience Award. Visitors of the festival will be able to choose their favorite from all the works in the exhibition, which will also be honored at the Awards Show.
