Area: Technology
Are you interested in event technology, computers or gaming hardware? Then support our tech team in preparing and running the festival. All tasks are carried out together with experienced team members – of course, you will receive an introduction to the different areas of responsibility.
Tasks:
Supporting the preparation of hardware for exhibitions, workshops and the stage, e.g. during the large “Installation Party” (expected at the end of October or beginning of November): preparing exhibition and workshop devices, setting up the required equipment, and installing games and software
Supporting the preparation of streaming software (e.g. creating scenes in OBS or integrating graphics)
Supporting the setup of the exhibition as well as stage, lighting, audio and video technology
Supporting stage technology during talks, shows, the Award Show and other program elements – for example camera, lighting, sound or video technology, or as a stage hand, always together with experienced team members
Ideally, you bring:
Knowledge or practical experience in event technology, computer technology or similar technical fields
Enjoyment of learning new technical skills
Careful and reliable working style
Team spirit and willingness to find solutions together
