Maximilan Lotz

I am 25 years old and work as a junior software developer at InnoGames GmbH. I also successfully completed my apprenticeship there as an IT specialist for application development.

Before entering the IT field, I had already completed an apprenticeship as a plant mechanic specializing in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning (SHK). This hands-on background continues to shape my practical and solution-oriented approach to work.

Even though I work in the gaming industry, I’ve never been drawn to game development itself, but rather to the tools and systems that work behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. That’s why I’ve spent most of my time so far working on our CRM system as well as our conversion and landing page systems.
