Kristina Hackmann

Dr. Kristina Hackmann was born in 1971. After completing her teacher training, she first earned her doctorate on a topic in the field of women’s and gender studies before moving to Hamburg as a student teacher.

After several years at what is now the Stübenhofer Weg neighborhood school and various positions with the Hamburg Department of Education and at Humboldt University in Berlin, she now heads the Center for School and Youth Information (ZSJ) at the BSFB in Hamburg.

In her personal life, she prefers analog methods; professionally, she is interested, among other things, in the intersection of media education and democracy education.
