Brenda Alais

Brenda Alais is a Brazilian theatre maker, director, and performer. Her artistic practice combines theatre, music, and performative research, resulting in interdisciplinary projects that interrelate diverse forms of artistic expression. Drawing on feminist, decolonial, and migrant perspectives, she explores how music, theatre, and performance can be integrated to tell stories, shift perspectives, and develop new forms of artistic expression.
